A balanced throat chakra leads to clear communication If it is imbalanced, social anxiety and tension while talking can arise. The third eye chakra on the other hand is located on the forehead and is indigo in color. Our communication with the universe is good if it is balanced. The results of unbalanced third eye chakra are anxiety, depression and headaches.
